We are also very experienced with First time Buyers who like to know

around is done for you and it is continually updated. We explain
all the jargon and the different ways to repay your mortgage. What’s
more, everything is, as you would expect from a leading firm, backed

Your initial meeting with us can either be in
your own home (evenings and weekends are available for your convenience)
or at our offices.

For you convenience everything can be done over the phone
and by post if you prefer, making your life even easier!
We are also able to advise you and provide you
with all of the associated protection and mortgage protection policies,
you may require. We would like to build a long-term relationship
with you over the years in a completely relaxed but professional
way. For protection products we usually offer products from a selected
panel of providers.

Equity Release refers to home reversion plans and lifetime
mortgages. To understand the features and risks, ask for

You can choose how we are paid for mortgages: pay
a fee, usually 0.5% (min £500), of the loan amount,
or we can accept commission from the lender plus a fixed
fee (£150
for remortgages, £150 for purchases or £250
for Shared ownership mortgages). |
